Terms and Conditions
Our General Terms and Conditions
1. Registration
A written registration by mail or email is required for all training courses, seminars, and workshops. Registration is binding and obligates you to pay the seminar fee in full. If ARVEN cancels an event, an alternative date will be offered, or the amounts already paid will be refunded. No further claims can be made.
We will issue a confirmation of participation/invoice upon request. Additional copies or requests for copies will incur a fee of €10.
The seminar venue will be booked for you upon your registration. Please also note the applicable cancellation fees (see the seminar venue's terms and conditions). Participation in the seminar is only possible if you use the seminar venue's services (accommodation and full board). Seminar venue fees are paid in cash on-site by the seminar participants. We will gladly consider your room preferences whenever possible. Some seminar venues have only a few single rooms available, therefore we cannot guarantee single occupancy. We appreciate your understanding.
The seminar venues will be booked for you upon registration.
2. Payment Method
Please transfer the seminar fee or individual installments to one of our accounts by the payment deadlines specified in the respective registration form, clearly stating the event title and date, as well as the participant's name. If the seminar fee has not been received by the date specified in the registration, ARVEN reserves the right to exclude the participant. If you are participating in multiple courses, please make separate payments. For payments from abroad, the participant is responsible for any associated costs.
3. Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to retain a processing fee of €50.00. Cancellations must be submitted in writing; the date of the postmark will be considered the date of cancellation. The terms and conditions of the individual seminar venues apply to accommodation and meal costs. By registering, you agree to the terms and conditions of the organizer and the seminar venues/venues. Further information can be found on the seminar venues' websites. We recommend taking out travel and seminar cancellation insurance.
